My partner and I always love coming to the Coffee Bean! The coffee is probably the most delicious we've ever had, their prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is always warm and friendly. We highly recommend Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for your beverage enjoyment!

I really like the CB&TL on El Paso in Palm Desert compared to the Starbucks (just 3 doors away). I think the coffee is better then Starbucks, it's now cheaper since Starbucks raised their prices, there are fewer people jamming for seats, and they serve a killer Black Forest blended drink.
However, there is one thing that does bug me. After coming here steady for over 1 year, and it only happens on weekends when seating is at a premium. On weekends they let this lady (nice lady) set-up shop in the prime seating location inside the store to sell her children's book. She's not pushy but she does takes up precious space from paying-customers, and she's always there...!! Why does the owner allow this? Is she the owner, or the owner's mother -...?
Aside from "nice granny's book sales corner" I really like this place for coffee & hanging...!! -

Always get a great cup of coffee at The Beanery it seems as though they have the right blend and then they also have the proper sweetening agents to kick your coffee up to the level of sweetness you designer whenever I see a Coffee Beanery I like to stop can get a refreshing cup of their Brew. This is a short review because there's so many Coffee Beanery he's I don't want to have to continue writing basically the same thing over and over every time we go to a Coffee Beanery they are consistent so if you see one you know what you're going to get.

The service here was excellent on top of receiving my beverage in a quick manner. The environment was absolutely perfect in order for me to get some work done on my laptop. Being on El Paseo definitely had me in the right head space for work.

I used to only drink coffee at Coffee Bean many years ago and eventually switched to Starbucks, solely for their rewards system. Until recently, when Starbucks became super stingy with their rewards and I was done overpaying for mediocre coffee. Ever since I switched, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences at each location in the valley. The staff is always super friendly and helpful when you want to try something new. And when they're sold out of an item that you order from their mobile app, they let you get anything else and reimburse your order for the inconvenience. I can honestly say I will never go back to Starbucks again, and I'm sorry that I ever left the Coffee Bean chain!
